Our Inspectors use a digital voice recorder on-site during the inspection for accuracy. The report is customised specifically to the property. We can immediately send the digital voice recording back to the office via the internet to be typed. The hand-typed reports can be sent to our clients by Email or by mail as a hard copy report within 24 hours of the inspection taking place.
All inspections are booked in by the office staff so there are no delays when booking an inspection and you will get the information to proceed with your purchase, confident that you have all the facts.
